The mosque was destroyed by the Arme­nians.

Several mosques operated in Iravan until the first half of the 20th century. One of these mosques is Korpübulag mosque. The Korpubulag mosque, built by Asad Agha, was destroyed by the Armenians and erased from the face of the earth. Especially the centuries-old mosques, which were the main places of worship of the local population, were destroyed, holy books were burned, and churches were erected to serve the interests of the newly resettled people.
