Architecture

The Molla school, which teaches Islam, was destroyed by Armenians after the deportation of Azerbaijanis in 1987-1991.

The beginning of the 20th century, a religious school called mollakhana was active in Basarkecher district. In the religious school, the molla school taught the Arabic alphabet, Islam, and reading the Holy Quran. The mullah's school, which taught Islam, had two floors. On the front side of the lower floor was a window with an iron bar and a door on the right side. From the right side of the second floor, a stone staircase with a wooden balustrade was built to reach the second floor. The staircase led to the open balcony of the house.

Teaching the Arabic alphabet, the religion of Islam and its holy book "The Holy Quran" was important in terms of acquiring religious knowledge and enriching the spiritual world of people.
