Information

The Muslim tomb in the Garaiman village cemetery is built with red stone in a square shape. The tomb is 2.5-3 meters wide, 3-3.5 meters long, and 5.5-6 meters high, including the dome above. The top of the dome part of the tomb is still intact. 3-4 meters away from the tomb, there are 3 graves with destroyed headstones, but only a marble chest stone. There is also an empty grave next to 3 graves.

When Oghruja, who founded the village for the first time, came from Gazakh district, he chose the 12th century Albanian temple as a place of residence to protect himself. The meaning of the first name of the village "Oghruja" came from there. Gara Iman, who founded the village for the second time, came to Goycha mahal from Kirag Kasaman village of Gazakh district, seeing that the place has fertile land, abundant water and all kinds of conditions for living, so he chose a permanent place of residence for his relatives who came with him. The meaning of the second name of the village "Garaiman" came from here. The ancient Muslim cemetery and tomb in the village show that Azerbaijanis lived here.
